Join us for our weekly group Thursday guided meditation.
Our weekly group is open to all. If you are new and would like to learn more, or if you are a seasoned practitioner and would like to deepen your practice, please join us as we explore this mindful practice.
Our Meditations focus on working with the challenges of day-to-day life to create a peaceful mind and open heart. Our group varies and may includes short presentations on the basics of the practice and group discussion.
Come calm the mind and develop inner peace well being and happiness. Feel free to drop in anytime!
- Time: Session begins at 7pm sharp.
- Cost: R80, includes refreshments
- Beginners are welcome to greet the teacher before the meet begins and request instructions.
- Folding chairs are provided and the floor is tiled. If you prefer to sit on the floor, please bring your own mat, sitting cushion, or sitting bench.
- Feel free to come early and socialise.
